Guide walk-in customers across the furniture floor, understand their room and budget, and close with honesty rather than pressure. Prior retail experience helpful, fluency in Hindi and basic English required.
Take site measurements and produce 3D designs for modular kitchens, wardrobes and TV units. Working knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max or similar required.
Assemble and install furniture at customer sites, and fit Kaff appliances. Carpentry or appliance-fitting background preferred. Two-wheeler and licence required.
Plan delivery routes, coordinate with drivers and keep customers informed of timings. Comfortable with basic computer use and phone-heavy work.
Run our social channels, photograph new stock, handle WhatsApp and Google Business enquiries, and maintain the website catalogue.
Salary, incentive structure and working hours are discussed openly at interview, and put in writing.
On-floor training in the ranges we carry, including the Kaff and Symphony lines.
You will work directly with the people who run the business, not through three layers of management.
