Quality Policy

What we commit to, in writing — from the timber we accept to the day after installation.

Home/Quality Policy

Sadashiv Furniture Mall is committed to supplying furniture and appliances that meet the expectations of our customers in performance, durability, safety and finish — consistently, and for the full life of the product.

If we cannot stand behind a piece after it has been in a customer's home for three years, it does not belong on our floor.

1. Material selection

  • Timber and engineered boards are inspected for moisture content and finish before they enter our floor.
  • We ask our suppliers about foam density and frame material, and we will pass those answers on to you.
  • We prefer hardware — hinges, channels, gas lifts and locks — whose replacement parts can be sourced locally.
  • Where a product will be used as a working or dining surface, we will tell you exactly what the top is made of.

2. Safety and the home environment

  • For bedroom and children's furniture we pay particular attention to finishes, edges and stability.
  • If you have a specific concern — a toddler in the house, an allergy, a narrow staircase — tell us before you buy and we will tell you honestly whether a piece suits.
  • Packaging waste generated at delivery is carried away by our team wherever we can.

3. Installation standards

  • Assembly and installation of furniture purchased from us is arranged by our team. Where a charge applies, it is quoted to you before you buy — never added afterwards.
  • Kaff appliances are installed by a trained technician. We will help you with warranty registration at the time.
  • Installation is not finished until you have inspected the piece and are satisfied with it.

4. Warranty and after-sales

  • Warranty terms are stated on your invoice at the point of sale, so please read them before you leave.
  • Warranty periods and what they cover vary by product and by brand — ask us and we will show you in writing.
  • Service requests are logged when you call, and we will give you a realistic timeframe rather than an optimistic one.
  • Where a single component fails, we will try to replace that component rather than the whole unit.

5. Made-to-order work

  • Site measurements are taken by our own team rather than estimated from a customer sketch.
  • A design is shared and approved with you before manufacture begins.
  • Delivery timelines are confirmed at the time of order and we will keep you updated if anything changes.

6. Continuous improvement

Customer complaints are logged, reviewed and used to change what we stock. A product that generates repeated service calls comes off our floor, regardless of how well it sells. Our Google reviews are public and we read the critical ones.
