About Furniture Mall
An extensive range of furniture for indoor and outdoor spaces, under one roof on Bailey Road.
Built on repeat customers, not advertising
We at Furniture Mall bestow our clients with modern furniture and a memorable buying experience. For over ten years we have sold from the same spot at R.P.S. More on Bailey Road, beside the IOC petrol pump — and the way we sell has not changed.
The immense love from our customers drives us to bring them something new every day. Today our floor carries a wide collection of sofas, dining sets, beds, wardrobes, home decor, Kaff kitchen appliances and Symphony coolers. Our Google listing carries 808 reviews at an average of 4.6 out of 5, which is the number we would rather be judged on than anything we write here.
We are delighted to serve you better in decorating your homes.
Three promises we keep
Installation arranged
Assembly and fitting of the furniture you buy from us is organised by our team. Where a charge applies, we tell you before you buy — not after.
Payment options
Cash, UPI, debit and credit cards and bank transfer. EMI is available on most cards and through finance partners; ask us what is running currently.
Careful delivery
We deliver across Patna and the surrounding districts. Delivery is charged by distance and order size, and quoted to you upfront.
The parts you cannot see matter most
Any showroom can make a sofa look good for the ten minutes you are standing in front of it. The difference shows up in year three — when the frame either holds or it does not.
- We buy frames and hardware we are willing to show you up close, not just photograph well.
- Ask us to open a drawer, lift a hydraulic bed or press a seat cushion — that is what the floor is for.
- If we do not stock what you need, we will say so rather than sell you something that nearly fits.
- Anything that generates repeated complaints comes off our floor, however well it sells.
