Yes. We deliver across Patna city and to surrounding areas including Danapur, Phulwari Sharif, Hajipur and Bihta. Delivery is charged based on distance and the size of the order — tell us your locality and we will confirm the exact charge before you place the order, so there is no surprise at the door.
Do you handle assembly and installation?
Yes. Assembly and installation of furniture bought from us is arranged by our team. Where a charge applies it is quoted to you upfront, before you buy. Kaff appliances are installed by a trained technician.
What payment options do you accept?
Cash, UPI, debit and credit cards, and bank transfer. EMI options are available on most credit cards and through finance partners — schemes change through the year, so please ask at the counter for what is currently running.
Can I get furniture made to my own size?
Yes. Wardrobes, modular kitchens, TV units and beds can be made to your measurements. We take a site measurement and share a design for your approval before manufacture begins. Timelines depend on the piece and are confirmed in writing when you place the order.
What is the warranty on your furniture?
Warranty varies by product and by brand. Kaff appliances and Symphony coolers carry the manufacturer's own warranty. For furniture, the applicable terms are stated on your invoice at the time of purchase — please read them and ask us anything that is not clear.
Do you run exchange or seasonal offers?
Offers run at different times of the year on selected products. Call us or visit the showroom to check what is currently available.
